1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be received by the customer before a return request can be submitted
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached and intact
Items may be tried on, but may not be worn beyond fitting purposes

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Accepted Returns

To maintain fair use of our policy, the following returns are not accepted:

Orders where multiple sizes or variations are purchased with the intention of returning part of the order
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Items returned without prior approval

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at Info@naominoah-boutique.com within 30 days of receiving your order
Our support team will provide you with the return instructions and return address of our fulfillment partner
Carefully package the item and ship it back at your own expense
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process returns without proof of delivery

4. Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
This includes international shipping fees, customs duties, and any additional charges
Shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
If the item does not meet our return conditions, the return may be rejected without refund

6. Liability & Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments without valid tracking
If tracking shows that the package has been delivered, it will be considered received
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order

Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy
